Welcome to FastTrackServices. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and AC repair and appliance services (collectively, the "Services") provided by FastTrackServices located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.

1. Service Description

FastTrackServices provides the following services:

• Air conditioning (AC) installation, repair, and maintenance
• Washing machine repair and servicing
• Refrigerator repair and maintenance
• Other home appliance repair services
• Annual maintenance contracts (AMC)

All services are provided at customer locations within Tirupati and surrounding areas unless otherwise specified.

2. Booking and Scheduling

2.1 Service Booking

• Services can be booked through our website, mobile app, or by calling 9494412464
• Bookings require accurate contact information and service address
• We reserve the right to refuse service for locations outside our service area

2.2 Scheduling

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
• We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window (±30 minutes)
• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or emergency service calls
• Customers will be notified of any significant delays

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a ₹150 service fee
• Emerergency service bookings cannot be cancelled once the technician is dispatched

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Service Charges

• Service charges are provided as estimates and may vary based on actual work required
• Inspection/diagnosis charges are ₹200-₹300 (waived if service is availed)
• Final charges will be communicated before work commencement
• GST (18%) applicable on all services

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online payments
• Credit terms are not available for individual customers
• Full payment required before technician departure

4. Warranty and Guarantees

4.1 Service Warranty

• All repairs come with a 90-day warranty on workmanship
• Spare parts carry manufacturer warranty (typically 6-12 months)
• Warranty covers only the specific repair performed
• New issues or unrelated problems are not covered under warranty

4.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by user negligence or improper use
• Acts of God (power surges, floods, lightning, etc.)
• Use of non-genuine spare parts by third parties
• Physical damage to the appliance
• Normal wear and tear

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Ensure safe access to the appliance location
• Secure pets and children during service visits
• Disclose any known hazards or special conditions
• Have an adult (18+) present during service visits
• Make timely payments for services rendered

6. Limitation of Liability

FastTrackServices liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use, data, or profits
• Pre-existing appliance conditions or damages
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FastTrackServices and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Accounts

When you create an account with us:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
